All Nebraska residents are subject to sales tax. In order to be considered tax exempt you must have a Nebraska form 13 on file with Auction Solutions. Your credit card will be billed separately for the shipping charges once the items have been packed and shipped. Vehicles will be held until payment clears. If you plan to pay for your items with any other card than the credit card you have on file with Proxibid, you MUST contact the auction company prior to the auction. Declined Cards will be subject to a $35.00 transaction fee. Items not claimed within 5 days of the auction will be considered abandoned and resold.

Driving Directions: Winning bidders will receive an email with pick up instructions along with their paid invoice. Auctions conducted outside our facility have pick up times scheduled for 2 days after the auction closes from 4-7 PM. Please be sure to make arrangements to pick your items up during this time frame. Bidders will be charged a handling fee for scheduling alternate pick up times.
